SCARF Technologies is led by an experienced management team composed of leaders with diverse skillsets. This diversity integrates to form a creative, technical, fast-moving team.


Josh Scherbenski, CEO/Founder

Mr. Scherbenski is a former NASA Program and Project Manager. While at NASA, he started agency-wide programs for the Innovative Partnerships Program. Prior, Mr. Scherbenski worked as both a Systems Engineer and Technology Transfer Specialist for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He has also worked for Google Maps creating maps & business databases and for UCLA researching Mars's physical traits. Mr. Scherbenski has both a Masters of Engineering in Space Systems Engineering and an MBA.


Dan Cullom, VP of Operations

Mr. Cullom attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he received his degree in mechanical engineering. He then attended the University of San Francisco where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Cullom has been practicing law in California since 2007 and is also a licensed patent attorney. Prior to attending law school he spent several years working as an aerospace engineer for Barry Controls Aerospace and the Multifunctional Composite Laboratory at UCLA.
